Legacy Townhome #502 is a very well maintained 3-story vacation condo, located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, ideal for relaxing in the beautiful surroundings both inside and out. This 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome sleeps 7 guests and offers 1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The spacious 3rd floor king master suite and twin cubby offer both privacy and comfort. The 2nd bedroom with queen bed is accessed through the garage and great for a second couple or older children.

Legacy #502 is in a gated community and offers guests private beach access and community pool access. This outstanding property has gulf views from the balcony, and is easy walking distance to several dining and shopping options. Designated parking for 2 cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway). The Legacy condos complex is gulf front and #502 is located in the 2nd building back from the beach

Beautiful views of the ocean, very clean, multiple levels gives everyone their space.

Enjoyed our stay on 30A. Tracy in your office was most helpful with all of our needs from restaurants to finalizing reservations.
Great condo for our family
This is a great condo in an good location for a family with older teens. The second bedroom is off of the garage on the first floor removed from the rest of the condo. The master is on the 3rd floor. Great for teens who want their own space but not good for families with small children. We walked to Goatfeathers for steamed shrimp to go! Wonderful! Several places close by to walk to eat or shop. Condo was well maintained by the property management company.
A delightful place for our family to enjoy the beautiful beach and wonderful accommodations. It's our 5th year to stay at the Legacy 502!
