Enjoy a complimentary beach setup from March through October, four bicycles for exploring, and exclusive access to a refreshing plunge pool, parking, and a grilling area for memorable outdoor gatherings. For those wishing to vacation with additional friends or family, both the upstairs and downstairs units can be combined into a grand 6BR/6BA rental compound.

The upstairs space boasts airy, high vaulted ceilings and is well-appointed with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a cozy twin bunk nook, perfect for a short walk to the pristine shores of Seagrove Beach without crossing major roads. The interior is bathed in natural light, featuring an open-plan Great Room that leads to a covered porch overlooking the pool and grill. It's equipped with a plush sectional couch, an accent chair, dining areas, and a kitchen with quartz countertops—ideal for social gatherings, dining, and entertainment.

The Primary Bedroom offers a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, dual vanity sinks, and a walk-in shower. There's also a convenient twin bunk nook in the hallway. One guest bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and a king-sized bed, while the other offers two queen-sized beds and access to a shared bathroom.

Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach along Scenic Highway 30A, you're close to exquisite local dining like Café 30A, Angelina's, Mi Casita, and the Perfect Pig Grill & Fish House. Enjoy easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment at Greenway Station, and you're just a bike ride away from the iconic Seaside and Rosemary Beach.
