The columned veranda with glass doors off the first-floor living area and the upstairs primary suite offer views of twin tropical palm trees, inviting you to unwind in the coastal breeze. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas feature coastal-themed decor, including art pieces, nautical items, and silk flowers. A plush gray wraparound couch, additional loveseat, and rectangular ottoman face a large flatscreen TV for entertainment. The dining area includes a raised hardwood table with bar stools and an open kitchen bar with additional seating. The kitchen is equipped with brushed stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and custom cabinetry. A gas grill and outdoor seating on the back patio are perfect for alfresco dining.

The primary bedroom on the second floor offers a private veranda, a king size bed, and a flatscreen TV for nighttime enjoyment. The ensuite bath features a tub-shower combination. The guest bedroom includes beach-inspired decor, a queen-sized bed, and a desk that converts into a twin Murphy bed. Nautical accents such as a paddle, boat bow shelving, and a telescope add to the room's charm. This bedroom shares access to a full hall bath with a walk-in shower.
