Hello, coastal luxury! The Moeller House is an elegant, Americana-style vacation home located in Santa Rosa Beach. Booking a stay at this beach home is the first step in creating a memorable vacation. The home includes five bedrooms and three baths, as well as spacious living and entertainment areas. It can host up to 14 vacations, so bring your family and friends along for a fun time!

Coastal plants and a stately façade greet visitors upon their arrival. The property’s welcoming exterior encourages you to leave your worries at the door, and enjoy the peace and relaxation within. Beach chic interiors will immediately put you into vacation mode. Shiplap walls and hardwood floors flow throughout the home, and large windows let in bright sunlight. The first-floor living area features a cream-colored couch, blue armchairs, and two accent chairs. This seating ensemble centers around a woven rug and rustic wood coffee table, creating a pleasant space for conversation. There is also a wall-mounted TV above a wood credenza for guest enjoyment. The nearby dining area has a white table with eight chairs all below a fun chandelier. In the adjacent kitchen, you will find everything you need to cook a vacation feast, including cabinet storage, counter space, and stainless-steel appliances. There is a wall of glass doors and windows that brightens the interior, and opens onto an outdoor patio.

Two guest bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of these rooms has two queen-size beds, while the other has two twin beds. Ascend the stairway to the second level, where you will find two more bedrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed, access to a balcony with beach views, and a private bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom on this level also has a king-size bed and patio access. A bonus third-floor loft bedroom with three walls of windows boasts the best views in the house. It has two queen beds and access to the rooftop observation deck, which also has incredible views.

A stay at the Moeller House affords awesome opportunities for outdoor recreation. The beach is nearby, enabling guests to splash in the waves or lounge in the sun all day. Nearby coastal dune lakes are great for paddle boarding and fishing. Walking and biking on nature trails is also a fun way to spend the day. Of course, the various restaurants, shops, and bars on 30A are also worth a visit. There’s no way you’ll be bored when you stay at this vacation home!
