Gulfstrand Down
Gulfstrand Down is the downstairs unit of a cozy duplex on Grayton Beach’s Cottage Street. The vacation rental has three bedrooms and two baths, and it can accommodate up to nine visitors. It is designed with a minimalist style and beach décor. Pops of blue throughout add to the coastal feel. The living room includes a blue couch, matching loveseat, rectangular coffee table, and a wall-mounted TV. Next to the living room is the dining area, which has a cottage-style table and seven chairs. The spacious kitchen has been completely remodeled with white cabinets, granite counters, and stainless-steel appliances. All of the bedrooms have sunny windows and charming furnishings. Gulfstrand Up
Gulfstrand Up is the upstairs unit of the family-friendly duplex in Grayton Beach. Like the downstairs unit, it has three bedrooms and two baths. It can host up to nine beachgoers. Guests enter the rental from a breezy patio, which is furnished and a great spot to enjoy the perfect Florida weather. Inside, the open floorplan is sunny and welcoming. In the living room, the comfortable seating ensemble features a queen-size sleeper sofa and a loveseat, both of which face a wall-mounted TV. The adjacent dining area includes a casual dining table and seafoam-green chairs. The sleek kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, ample cabinet storage, and a granite-topped breakfast bar with stool seating. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished. Down by the Sea
Down by the Sea is a sunny beach home that is located only a few short steps from the sugary shores of the gulf. This stunning home has four bedrooms and four baths. It can comfortably sleep up to 14 vacationers, making it a great option for big groups. The first level consists of large windows that filter tons of natural sunlight into the spacious great room, consisting of the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The living room is the perfect gathering spot. It features a wraparound couch, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and two cozy armchairs flanking a chess table. The living room also has a chic drink table and flatscreen TV. An elegant table with eight chairs makes up the dining area.
