Dune Allen Beach

A secluded paradise along the western end of 30A, Dune Allen is situated near Oyster Lake and is largely residential. However, Gulf Place is located nearby, which houses local restaurants with mouthwatering cuisine and laid-back shops to peruse for that one-of-a-kind souvenir. Not far from Dune Allen is Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, which has upwards of five miles of hiking trails that take visitors through exquisitely beautiful coastal dune terrain.

Seagrove Beach

Surrounded by lush swathes of trees for which it was named, this historic town is largely residential, with fewer restaurants and stores in town and more of a focus on enjoying nature. However, when you’re hungry or thirsty, local favorite 723 Whiskey Bravo is an excellent place to go.

Blue Mountain Beach

Named for the picturesque blue lupine flowers that blanket the high coastal dunes here, Blue Mountain Beach is a scenic and quiet area east of Dune Allen that will not disappoint. Enjoy white sands, shimmering emerald waters, and even the occasional celebrity sighting!

Grayton Beach

Grayton Beach despite having the sense of remaining largely untouched by time, this quaint 30A beach area is actually home to a number of charming boutiques and delectable restaurants. It’s also surrounded by the majestic beauty of Grayton Beach State Park, which has the second largest coastal dune lake in the entire Florida Panhandle region. You’ll find it east of Blue Mountain and west of Seagrove.

Seacrest Beach

Possibly the most peaceful of the beaches of 30A, Seacrest Beach is the ideal place for lovers of the outdoors. This beach is nestled in between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach on the eastern end of 30A, just west of Inlet Beach. See the rare coastal dune lake known as Camp Creek Lake, go golfing at Camp Creek Golf Club, or head to the beach for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. It’s a simple place that doesn’t have the crowds or fussiness you might find elsewhere.

Inlet Beach

On the far eastern end of 30A is Inlet Beach. Situated just a short drive away from Panama City Beach, Inlet Beach feels like a cross between a quaint Southern fishing village and an upscale neighborhood you might find in New York. It’s stylish, yet relaxed; you can rent bikes here and cruise the town without a problem.
